Diversity Policy

Rogers Marketing strives for diversity and inclusion in our daily operations and in the suppliers/factories we work with.

We have a choice of the suppliers and factories we choose to work with, and therefore we look to those that have similar goals and objectives.

The staff at Rogers Marketing is a diverse staff and we aim to keep it that way. Currently our staff is 20% minority, 60% women. We diligently employ young adults with varying abilities on special marketing projects on a per diem basis.

Having a son with Autism has enabled us to be acutely aware of the need to include those with varying abilities on marketing, mailing, and delivery projects.

We at Rogers Marketing seek to work with suppliers who embrace these same values.
